In the event of a major and/or critical incident which impacts St Anthony’s School, updates will be posted on the Home page of this and/or the Catholic Education website: www.cns.catholic.edu.au.
Should it be necessary to close the school in the event of an emergency, such as a cyclone, information will also be sent to local media.
The school community should listen to ABC Far North on local radio frequencies (Dimbulah: 91.7 FM, Atherton: 720 AM, Almaden 106.5 FM) after 2pm and between 6.30 and 7.30am for these advices.
The school community is also encouraged to download the St Anthony’s School phone app and the Cairns Catholic Education phone app as a further means of communication.
